The service
We create personalized songs from the information you provide. Our team writes and produces each song with the help of AI tools and reviews it before delivery.
Your information
We use your story only to create your song and handle your order. We don't invent details: if it's not in the form, it won't be in the lyrics. You're responsible for having permission to share other people's details.
Delivery
Delivery times start once payment is confirmed. Delivery is digital, by email and on your tracking link, as MP3 and WAV.
Revisions
Each order includes a limited number of revisions, stated at purchase. A revision changes specific parts of the song; it isn't a new song with a different story.
Refunds
If we can't deliver your song, we refund you. After delivery, we handle complaints through revisions.
Using the song
The song is for personal use: giving it as a gift, sharing it with family and friends and posting it on your social media. For commercial use, email us.
